Mama Got a New Ride

We decided it was finally time to invest in a more family friendly car. I will not drive a minivan. I do not care that they are practical and all that jazz. Sorry moms, that is just me. I do LOVE my new ride! 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Adelaide is now riding in style.

Tulips and Easter!

Our Family enjoyed a trip to the Woodburn Tulip festival a few weeks ago and got some great photos of our little lady. She was happy the whole time we walked around, checking out all the flowers and really enjoying the experience. Mike and I both found the time enjoyable and will be back next year. However, on the drive down Mike did state that you only need to come once in your life. This will not be the case! I plan on bringing my little lady until she becomes a bratty teenager. I have accepted that this will happen.

We also enjoyed our first family Easter in the month of April. Church was attended, ears were worn, and lots of yummy food was consumed. Here are so super cute photos of both events, and a family picture to boot!

Food!

Addie has stated eating and loving it! She opens her mouth really wide when she sees the spoon coming near. So far we have had brown rice cereal, peas, avocado, and sweet potatoes. The green veggies are still a little iffy, but she is in to the other two. It's so fun feeding her! Her are some photos from the first encounter with rice cereal.

Neglected!

I am starting again now that I am back at work and infront of a computer all day! Adelaide is doing fantastic! She sleeps all night long, and is a super eater. Maternity leave was great, but it's nice to settle into reality. We flew to California two weeks ago to visit friends. She was a perfect lady on the plane. FULL TERM!!

Thanksgiving weekend marked Adelaide making it to full term. She can come at any time now. Everything is ready, the Christmas tree is up, the bag is packed, and now we are just waiting for her to get here!!

35 weeks

Baby is no longer breech!! She figured it out and is now head down ready to meet the world. I decided to pack our hospital bag this weekend just in case. Her room is all done, the new kitchen sink for bath time is in, and now all we do is wait for her to show up. Hopefully she will not make us wait until her due date! I'll post a new picture soon.
